After waking very early, I got some work done on my presentation and something else I needed to do. Eventually, Elise and I headed out to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. I think I’ll have to go back again before I leave. We walked back to the hotel, got stood up for dinner by Daniel, and then it got interesting.
He has been texting and calling her, so when he didn’t show for dinner, she texted him that I was mad, and ended with a “lol”. He immediately called thinking she was serious. I wasn’t mad at him. I just wanted to see him more.
I took a lot of pictures on the way to the USHMM. On the way back, I briefly handed my camera to Elise, and she took a pretty good picture too.
After dinner, we registered for the conference. I went back and found Daniel in line, where I convinced him again that I wasn’t mad. Even while being interrupted multiple times, he showed me the quick version of his MyHeritage lecture so I could teach it tomorrow morning in my computer lab.
