@ArchivalBiz Good idea, but I already looked. His site points to paid sites. I was using familysearch.
It will take me longer to guess where the ED is in this census than it would to shower and drive downtown to find it on ancestry. #genealogy
So #familysearch thinks I should browse the census by DGS number. Imagine if that number actually meant something to anybody. #genealogy

Sleepy
I didn’t realize I was tired enough to sleep when I crawled into bed around 8pm, but I did. And then I woke up before 7am. So, I missed my blog post for yesterday. My flight actually left more than … Continue reading

Early Post, Heading Home
If I don’t blog now, I may not get one in today. I spent a few more hours in DC today. Unlike Daniel and Elise, I was not in a huge hurry to check out and get to the airport. … Continue reading

More DC
I don’t know if my picture taking is getting worse or if I’m not trying very hard anymore, but it seems I have more blurry pictures than I used to have. I spent several hours seeing stuff in DC today. … Continue reading

Apparently I really angered someone when I asked her about what she said at the conference two years ago. I remembered something I thought she said and she was furious that she would never say such a thing. I apologized … Continue reading

The Conference Continues
I have not been whipping out the camera like I was hoping I would do. It just feels wrong to keep taking pictures of people. Yet I see others do it. Some will start snapping pictures; one started taking video … Continue reading

More Conference
I never specified that I’d post a picture on the day that I take it, did I? I don’t think I did. I’m getting a lot of blurry pictures at this conference, not that I’m taking all that many. I … Continue reading

Late Post
I went out for drinks (and dinner) the Next Generation Genealogists, and my sleep deprivation started to catch up with me at 10pm, thus, no blog post last night. For yesterday’s picture, I’m using a picture from the day before, … Continue reading

Out And About
After waking very early, I got some work done on my presentation and something else I needed to do. Eventually, Elise and I headed out to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. I think I’ll have to go back again … Continue reading
